  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the software development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome obstacles and drive results.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.


  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and devise strategies to expand account revenue.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, providing clients with insights and recommendations to maximize the value of our software solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, providing clients with innovative and tailored software solutions.
  • Proactively address client concerns and escalations, working collaboratively to find effective solutions.
  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, providing reports and updates to senior management.
