About the Project
The menu application was created for a popular restaurant in a busy location in Belgium. The goal of the app was to make it easier for customers to order food and drinks without having to wait for the waiters to take the orders.
The UX of the menu application was designed to be simple and user-friendly. When customers opened the app, they were greeted with a clean, minimalist interface that showcased the Restaurant’s menu items in a clear and organized way. The app allowed customers to browse through the menu, view photos of the dishes, and read descriptions of the ingredients and preparation methods.
All the menu items are connected to the restaurant's cashier system, and the users can directly place orders to the cashier system through the mobile app.
The menu also has a feedback system that calculates customer satisfaction through a simple single multiple-choice input. and at the backend, the system owner can see the full statistical report of the feedback.
