Organisers sold blind
Sales were split across box offices, social media messages and phone calls, with no single view of what had sold or what was left.
Event ticketing platform with interactive seat maps, WhatsApp login, local payments and QR entry.
“Every seat in the house is now on a map, sold once, paid for the way our audience actually pays, and scanned at the gate. No paper, no double bookings.”

The Problem
Headline artists were being booked into large, zoned venues, but tickets were still sold through box offices, social media messages and phone calls.
Organisers had no live view of what was sold, buyers had no idea which seats were left, and premium sections were managed by hand.
Sales were split across box offices, social media messages and phone calls, with no single view of what had sold or what was left.
Zoned venues need "Zone E, Row 1, Seat 4". Without seat-level inventory, premium seats were allocated by hand and often oversold.
Fans had to travel to a sales point and pay in person. Every fan who couldn't make the trip was a lost sale.
Our Approach
We designed Ticket.krd around how fans actually buy: on their phone, with the payments they already use, choosing the exact seat they want.
Fans pick a section, then their exact seats on a live venue map, so every seat is sold once and there are no double bookings.
No trip to a sales point. Fans buy on the web, inside the FIB app or at a kiosk, and every channel sells from the same live inventory.
No passwords. Fans sign in with a WhatsApp-verified number and their tickets live there, in their preferred language.
What We Built
From FIB app to kiosk to gate, every seat tracked in one system.
Live venue maps where fans pick a section, then their exact seats. Pricing is set per zone and inventory updates in real time.
Fans buy wherever they already are: on the web, inside the FIB app, or at a kiosk. Every channel sells from the same live inventory, so a seat sold anywhere disappears everywhere.
Fans sign in with a WhatsApp-verified number, with no passwords. Every order gets a unique QR ticket that is scanned once at the gate.

Tech Stack
One Next.js platform powers the web app, the FIB in-app experience and the offline POS kiosks, so every channel reads and writes the same live seat inventory.
One call. Clear scope. A practical roadmap your team can execute immediately.
